Evan had another follow-up appointment with the pulmonary specialist in Memphis yesterday. He was pretty stressed out about it as you can tell from this photo I took while we waited on the doctor. He is such a happy baby right now. All we have to do is keep him fed and rested. It is hard to believe he will have his first birthday in just over two months. Anyway, we decided to wait and see if his congestion cleared up with the warmer weather we're finally getting before we let them run anymore tests.

Kaitlyn really gets her feelings hurt when she can't get Evan to smile at her and complains to us in a pitiful voice that "He won't smile at me." It sounds unrelated, but she has also been learning Spanish. Well, the other day, in that same pitiful tone she says, "Mama, he won't say adios."
Another discovery Kaitlyn made recently is that everybody has nipples. She just doesn't quite have the pronunciation down yet. So while I'm bathing her and Evan tonight, she announces, "Dad, Evan has really tiny
mickels."
